M3 n PrOcRaStInAtIon

Procrastination is a type of behavior which is characterized by deferment of actions or tasks to a later time. Psychologists often cite procrastination as a mechanism for coping with the anxiety associated with starting or completing any task or decision. Psychology researchers also have three criteria they use to categorize procrastination. They believe that procrastination must be counterproductive, needless, and delaying.



Me, personally i think that almost everyone is or has been guilty of PROCRASTINATION. Because i know that i am so guilty of procrastination. And a i am not ashamed to admit it. i some times like putting off things especially school work, the reason i like putting off school work is because i think my best work is late work. i remember when i was in high school i never did any work ahead of time, for me it was always a day or an hour before the work was due that it really got did. i was starting to make that a real bad habit...as of now it is still a bad habit for me. i mean i thought my work out ahead of time but as far as for me actually typing or writing the work out it never got did ahead of time. i think..well i know that i need to do better...because a person never knows what could come up in between you procrastinating and the turn in date of you work. and procrastination is not always bad in some ways it can be good for you. but from this point on out i think i need to do better with procrastination it can become damaging to a person.
